How We Handle Your Laundry

Standard Laundry

We sort the clothes by color group as well as by care needs. We sort hang-to-dry items separately. Then we sort by darks, brights, whites, jeans, and towels. And, of course, we stain treat as we go! If you want your jeans (or anything else) to be hung-to-dry just let us know upon scheduling!

Fold Only

This is also known as “Fluff and Fold”! For this service we sort the laundry as well, but since it is already washed we just make sure to exclude any heat sensitive clothing from the Wrinkle Release process as that is medium heat steam used to freshen and remove wrinkles.

Comforters

Comforters are pretty straightforward, but we make sure to look over the items for any stains that need to be treated before washing. We also follow the item’s care tag instructions to ensure it is handled properly.

Laundry is delivered back to you within 48 hours of pickup.

Here’s the Facts:

For stain removal, we use OxyClean powder and spray unless otherwise directed by you.
For detergent we have: Gain, Tide, Arm & Hammer, All, and Melaleuca. We have scented as well as free and clear to choose from.
Just let us know your preferences!
The machines we use are all privately owned and are sanitized between each customer order to ensure cleanliness.
Pick up and delivery are completely free ALL of Sumner & Robertson Counties.
*Areas outside of these areas are subject to a travel fee.
Light ironing is available upon request.
*Cost is determined on a case by case basis.
We do not offer dry cleaning at this time.
We love & appreciate our first responders! We know your schedules are busy and we would love to serve you through our laundry service. All first responders will receive a 10% discount.

First responders include:
EMS, doctors, nurses, dispatch personnel, military, police officers, and fire fighters.
We love our Senior Community! As a thank you for paving the way for us we offer a 10% to all who are 65+
